Product Structure and Force Transmission Path

Ringlock scaffolding system is divided into types--M48 and M60 system--mainly consists of standard,ledger, diagonal brace, jack base, base collar and U head. The standard connects with a rosette of eightholes-four small holes for ledger via wedge pins and four big holes for diagonal pole.

Ledgers and diagonal brace are both connected by wedge pins, ensuring the tubes firmly connected tostandard. The ledger and diagonal brace heads are especially made along the arc of tubes, distribute theforce by three points with the standard tubes, so as to fix firmly, add structural strength and transmit
horizontal force.

 
When the wedge pin is hammered in and fixed, the upper and lower surfaces of the joint heads will fittightly against the standard, allowing the ledger to transmit the force or bending moment from the standard.
If there is vibration transmitted from top to bottom, it will be transmitted downward to the ground asthe joint heads and the tube body are tightly connected

A: For stock products,will make shipments in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
for products need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;
for products need new special and rare materials,usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.

A:Samples can be provided with samples' charge and courier fee by the buyer's side.

Q3. What's your payment terms?
A: Down payments 30%TT and balance 70% TT or L/C.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional.
For mass products, ship freight is prefered.
